[EG-UT] UT 2003 dedicated server, up and running.

So with it now finally selling in stores, I've got a dedicated server
up and running at ut.enfusion-group.com.

It isn't compatible with the free demo version, and includes all of
the maps (or many more than the demo included).

I haven't gotten the full version installed yet, so I have no idea how
it's running.

Tony's the only one who's probably got the retail version going at the
moment...

I had the demo going for the past week, and we had between 12-16
players on there most of the time, but doesn't seem like as many
people have the full version yet.
