[gtaSAGE-members] Win32 NAT applications

Anyone know of any Win32 NAT applications?  I'm trying to figure out
if there's anything that'll allow me to do for example:

  Rewrite 192.168.1.1:5000 (LAN address/port) to a.b.c.d:6000 (WAN
  address/port)

There are various ways to do this in UNIX, using SNAT, but I've never
seen anything in the Win32 world...
