You didn't mention which open source web stats you're currently
using, but I assume you're familiar with webalizer, analog,
reportmagic (for analog), and awstats.

Commercially, I don't think anyone has mentioned NetTracker
from www.sane.com.  I haven't used it but it has the appearance
of being okay, and they have traditionally tried to sell against
webtrends.
