The meetings nominally start at 6 although most folks don't show up until 
6:30 (or later).

One can always try to secure alternate facilities in order to hold 
technical meetings, if necessary. For instance TLUG uses space at U of T 
but I imagine Ryerson would be amenable to renting us space as well.
