Hey all,

I'm a sysadmin at a Toronto ISP, and I've got a chance to branch out 
towards networking -- BGP routing, OSPF/ISIS etc etc.  I've picked up 
some great books that have taught me a lot about these topics and more, 
but what I really lack is a decent lab to test out my knowledge and (big 
point here) to test real-world situations.  I was googling for 
information on one aspect of BGP recently, and I found a great course 
offered by the University of Southern California -- which obviously I 
won't be attending. ;)

Can anyone recommend any courses, schools or contacts which or whom may 
have info on something like this?  I'd prefer to stay away from vendor 
specific courses (though we're a Cisco shop), but if the instructor(s) 
really provide real-world examples (plus investigation and 
trouble-shooting techniques), I would be interested.
