[gtaSAGE-members] Web Hosting Recommendations?

Someone asked me tonight about web hosting providers in Canada, that
do both domain/web/email hosting and offer a fairly
feature-rich/modern web mail interface.

They're currently using Internet Light & Power but apparently aren't
satisfied with the webmail interface ILAP provides.

Any recommendations?  I know there's been talk of co-lo providers on
various lists in the Toronto area, but this particular business is
only looking for service, no co-lo.
