Not in Canada, but I find their service is great.

Their customer support is knowledgeable and friendly 
and doesn't generally attempt to talk down to you.
Rates are reasonable, plans are pretty varied and 
complete.

Note that as it's a personal site I host with 
them I can't speak for uptime as I don't bother 
to monitor it.

Someone asked me tonight about web hosting providers in Canada, that do
both domain/web/email hosting and offer a fairly feature-rich/modern web
mail interface.

They're currently using Internet Light & Power but apparently aren't
satisfied with the webmail interface ILAP provides.

Any recommendations?  I know there's been talk of co-lo providers on
various lists in the Toronto area, but this particular business is only
looking for service, no co-lo.
